Pandit Shrichand Sharma Ji
Pandit Shrichand Sharma Ji is a highly respected figure in the politics and education sector of Uttar Pradesh, known for his extensive experience in organizational leadership and social movements. He is currently serving as the National Vice President of the World Brahmin Welfare Council (Vishva Brahmin Kalyan Parishad).
Sharma Ji is also a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council (MLC), representing the Meerut Division Teachers’ Constituency. As the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, he achieved a historic victory in the 2020 elections, ending a 48-year-long dominance on this seat.
Along with being a teacher, Sharma Ji holds the title of Sahitya Ratna and has established a strong organizational foundation over the years. He has served in several key positions within the Bharatiya Janata Party, including Regional Vice President (Western Uttar Pradesh) and District President (Gautam Buddha Nagar). Additionally, he has held important responsibilities in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as District Prachar Pramukh, and in the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) as District Chief.
